Oddly, I’ve always wanted one of these, portholes and all. I guess they came with the Toro nado running gear.

Can’t lie, I’ve been eyeballing this bad boy:
$8500 asking price.

The run started with the 455 until GM discontinued it, whereupon they switched to the 403. Both drove a wild TH425 implementation.
I’ve been eyeing ‘em too, since we’ve been spending so much time on the road and I cringe every time we check into a hotel.

We bought this old lady earlier this year. 34' Diesel Pusher with a B5.9 230 Cummins. Runs great, took it for a 5,000 mile trip in September. We had a blast.
Just make sure you have an additional $5,000 sitting ready for all the additional stuff you’ll end up buying and the small, but expensive things that’ll inevitably break or need service (generator, batteries, power steps, fridge, engine, awning, rock guard, ...). Also, fuel is going to be a major expense. This thing gets about 10-11 mpg, and I hear the gas ones
get about 5-8 mpg.

I mentioned f
uel bills in another reply. I’m actually surprised
with
10-11
mpg. Do they make gas ones that big? That would be horrible.

There is also a 37' version of it with a tag axle that is only availa ble on a GM or Ford gas chass is, 454 or 460, respectively. All of the different sizes of ours are actually available in gas , only the 34' is available as a diesel pusher on an Oshkosh chassis with the Cummins and only the 29' is available on a GM chassis with the GM 6.5 V8 diesel . I’m glad we got the Cummins turbo diesel. Ours has a straight pipe and sou nds awesome. Lots of turbo whistle.
